Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Details 

By entering this Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree that you will be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Sony Music Entertainment UK Limited, whose registered address is Sony Music Entertainment UK Limited, 2 Canal Reach, London N1C 4DB (“Sony”). This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or Spotify. 

2. Participation 

2.1 The Prize Draw will run from 18:00 BST on Monday 27th July 2026 until 23:00 BST on Thursday 30th July 2026 (the “Prize Draw Period”). For the avoidance of doubt no entries will be counted before or beyond the Prize Draw Period.

2.2 To enter this Prize Draw you are invited during the Prize Draw Period to download the track “Dai Dai” by Shakira (“the Artist”) featuring Burna Boy from On Repeat Store; and to fill in the Prize Draw form to fill in the Prize Draw form with your details (the “Entry”)

Alternative method of entry (no purchase necessary). You may also enter the Prize Draw by clicking on the ‘no purchase necessary’ link during the Prize Draw Period and completing the online entry form with your details. 

For a chance to win the following:

(i) 2 (two) tickets to see Shakira (the “Artist”) perform on the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour at Estadio Shakira, Madrid, Spain on Friday 25th September 2026 (the “Show”); and

(ii) 2 (two) standard economy return flights from a UK airport to Madrid, Spain (“the Flights”);   the departing date and the return date to be advised by us  (the “Prize Trip”); and

(iii) 2 (two) nights hotel accommodation in 1 (one) twin or double room on a room-only basis (the “Hotel”).

(collectively the “Prize”).

There is one (1) Prize available.

2.3 Entry is only open to residents of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales and you must be aged 18 years old or over to enter this Prize Draw.  If you are under 18 years old, your entry will be disqualified.  

2.4 The Winner (and their guest who must also be aged over 18 years of age) may be asked to show Hotel and/or Show staff valid photographic identification (such as a passport or photo ID card) showing the Winner’s and their guest’s full names and proof of age.  Sony (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) accepts no liability in the event that access to the Hotel and/or Show is denied on the grounds that the Winner and/or their guest was/were unable to provide Hotel and/or Show staff with such valid and satisfactory identification.

2.5 Full details of the Prize will be disclosed to the Winner at the end of the Prize Draw Period.  The Winner must confirm their preferred UK international airport (from those offering standard return flights for the Prize Trip) when they accept the Prize.

2.6 The Winner and their guest must each have a valid passport and must comply with the relevant travel requirements (including without limitation in respect of COVID-19), which can be found at https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. The Winner and their guest are solely responsibility for ensuring they each have the appropriate documentation and vaccinations as may be required for travel from the UK for the duration of the Prize Trip and to re-enter the UK.  

2.7 The Prize does not include, without limitation, any of the following:

(i) any hotel supplements, upgrades or additional rooms; 

(ii) any meals at the Hotel;

(iii) travel and holiday insurance, which the Winner and their guest must ensure they obtain or already have prior to the first date of travel and that such insurance will be valid cover for the full duration of the Prize; 

(iv) transfers from the Winner’s and/or their guest’s home address to the applicable UK airport, and back to their home address; 

(v) travel/transfers to and from the Hotel and/or the Show and/or the Flights;

(vi) any backstage passes, VIP or after show party access at the Show;

(vii) personal expenditure for the duration of the Prize Trip including, without limitation, food and drinks, tips, telephone and internet charges and any other incidental costs such as additional activities, travel and excursions.

(viii) charges associated with ensuring that the Winner and the Winner’s guest have valid passports, visas, ESTA and requisite vaccinations and supporting documentation as applicable (please note, it is the Winner’s and their guest’s sole responsibility to find out what visas, documentation and vaccinations may be required and to ensure their passport is valid for the entire Prize Trip); and 

(ix) any and all airport fees, surcharges, service charges or facility charges, passenger tariffs and/or any other charges or expenses not otherwise provided for herein.

2.8 The Winner’s and their guest’s Flights will be issued for travel together (same date/time and to/from the same UK airport). Once Sony has booked the Hotel and the Flights and confirmed to the Winner, they cannot be amended by the Winner. Any changes will invalidate the Prize and Sony shall be under no obligation to offer alternative dates or times. The Winner will be required to provide a credit card to the Hotel in order to check in. The Winner and their guest are responsible for any and all costs and expenses at the Hotel, including but not limited to room upgrades, additional rooms and/or breakfast and any meals at the Hotel. 

2.9 Sony (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) accepts no liability in the event that access to the Flights and/or the Hotel and/or the Show is denied on the grounds that the Winner and/or their guest was/were not able to provide for the Flights and/or Hotel and/or Show staff (as applicable) with valid travel documentation and photo ID and/or on the grounds of the Winner’s and/or their guest’s inappropriate behaviour and/or non-compliance with the Flights’ and/or the Hotel’s and/or the Show’s own rules and/or security policies.

2.10 For the avoidance of doubt, the Winner and their guest shall be solely responsible for getting to the applicable airport in sufficient time to successfully pass through security and board the Flights.  Sony (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) accepts no responsibility for the Winner and/or their guest missing their Flights for any reason whatsoever (including without limitation delayed transfer to the airport or invalid travel documents or security reasons). 

2.11 Sony (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw or amend these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside its control, including without limitation, a major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, strike, flood, earthquake, communicable disease (including the novel corona virus known as “Covid-19”), non-appearance of the Artist, cancellation or postponement of the Show or the Artist’s performance, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event. No liability shall attach to Sony as a result thereof. If a sufficient number of eligible Entries (as determined by Sony, in its sole discretion) are not received by the end of the Prize Draw Period, Sony reserves the right not to award the Prize.  

2.12 Employees and their immediate families of Sony, companies within Sony Music Entertainment group of companies and any of their subsidiaries and/or agencies associated with this Prize Draw are ineligible to enter. Any such entries will be invalid.

2.13 You may submit one (1) Entry to this Prize Draw.  Any duplicates will be deleted, and you may be disqualified from this Prize Draw.  

2.14 Your standard telephone, internet, network and data charges will apply (there is no additional charge to enter this Prize Draw) and you must have the bill payer’s permission prior to entering the Prize Draw.

3. Submitted Material 

3.1 By entering the Prize Draw you warrant and represent that your Entry does not and shall not contain any material that, in Sony’s sole discretion (including but not limited to): (i) impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity, without such person or entity’s prior written consent; (ii) is false, deceptive, misleading, scandalous, indecent, criminally obscene, pornographic, unlawful, blasphemous, defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, tortuous, threatening, harassing, hateful, degrading, intimidating, or racially or ethnically offensive, or contains nudity, pornographic images, explicit sexual themes or graphic violence; (iii) encourages conduct that could be considered a criminal offense, could give rise to criminal civil liability, or could violate any law, or that could otherwise be considered inappropriate; (iv) constitute a virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware, or other computer code, file or program that is harmful or invasive or may, or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, Sony or any hardware, software, or equipment; (v) constitutes any advertising, promotional material, or other form of solicitation.

3.2 Sony may at its sole discretion opt not to use, without notice or reason, any Entry that Sony believes is inappropriate or in breach of these Terms and Conditions or if it simply does not wish to use them.

4. The Prize

4.1 i) After the Prize Draw Period, one (1) Entry will be selected at random by Sony (at Sony’s sole discretion) from all the eligible Entries, to win the Prize (the “Winner”). 

4.2 The Winner will be contacted by Sony via email (from competitions@sonymusic.com) to the email address provided on the Winner’s Entry. Once notified, the Winner must provide Sony with their (and their guest’s) full name, telephone number/mobile, home address and date of birth in order to verify the eligibility of their Entry and to receive further details of the Prize (and any other applicable personal details which may be required to book the Hotel and the Flights). If the Winner cannot be contacted within 48 (forty eight) hours of the Prize Draw Period ending, or does not confirm acceptance of the Prize and provide the requested details in order to fulfill the Prize within 24 (twenty four) hours of first notification, or if the Winner rejects the Prize, or if the Winner’s email or telephone number does not work, then Sony reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify such Winner without any further liability to that person and offer the Prize to another entrant randomly selected from all remaining eligible Entries (in Sony’s sole discretion) and thereafter until another Winner is found. In the event that a Winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the Prize, or in the event of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions, Sony shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify such Winner, without any further liability to that person and the Prize will be forfeited and an alternative Winner may be selected by Sony (at Sony’s sole discretion) from all remaining eligible Entries. Upon Prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

4.3 For the avoidance of doubt, any expenses not specified in these Terms and Conditions are the sole responsibility of the Winner and their guest (unless listed as part of the Prize).

4.4 In all cases Sony (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) shall not be liable for any email notification that does not reach the Winner for reasons beyond Sony’s (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) reasonable control.  Sony (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) shall not be responsible for any costs or losses incurred directly or indirectly by the Winner as a result of an incorrect email address given by such Winner. 

4.5 Sony (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed, or for any difficulty experienced in accessing or submitting your Entry.  Late, damaged, defaced, illegible, incomplete or suspected fraudulent entries will not be accepted. Proof of dispatch of the Entry (whether electronic or postal) will not be accepted as proof of receipt by Sony. 

4.6 The Winner's surname and county will be available on request to all participants who send a stamped addressed envelope to Sony at the address below.

5. General Terms

5.1 Sony reserves the right to verify the eligibility of your Entry. Sony may request that Winner contacts Sony to confirm that they are the winning entrant and/or to provide proof of identity, age and residency.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the person who submitted an Entry, any Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorised holder of the email account provided to Sony on the applicable Entry.  Winner may be requested to provide Sony with proof that they are the authorised holder of an email address associated with a winning Entry. 

5.2 Winner may be required, as a condition of being awarded the Prize, for no remuneration, to participate in promotional and publicity materials at the reasonable request of Sony and it shall be a condition of being awarded the Prize that a Winner must consent and agree to do so.

5.3 In the event of any fault, mistake, misunderstanding or dispute concerning the operation of any part of the draw, the decision of Sony shall be final. 

5.4 Should one or more provision of these Terms and Conditions be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision(s) shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.

6.1 Winner agrees to keep confidential any knowledge about the Artist and/or Sony and its business and personnel received by a Winner as a result of their Prize (including without limitation not sharing private details on social media).

6.2 All personal information provided to Sony by way of your participation in this Prize Draw shall be processed solely for the purpose of administrating the Prize Draw and fulfilling the Prize and used in accordance with Sony’s published privacy policy, which is updated from time to time, and which you should read in advance at https://tools.sonymusiccreative.com/privacy/. Entrants’ personal data shall be securely stored by Sony only for as long as is necessary in order to select a Winner and fulfil the Prize, after which such data will be deleted from Sony’s systems. If you subscribe to Sony’s mailing list by ticking the applicable newsletter box on your Entry, your details will continue to be used in accordance with Sony’s published privacy policy for the purpose of sending you updates about Sony (as applicable). You can remove your name from the mailing list at any time by sending an email to musicinfo@sonymusic.com and putting “unsubscribe” in the title of the email or by following the unsubscribe or preference centre links in any Sony Music marketing email.

6.3 Sony will be the data controller and data processor of the personal data collected from you and/or third parties in order to enter you into the Prize Draw and to include you on its mailing list if applicable. 

6.4 By submitting your Entry to this Prize Draw, you expressly permit Sony (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns to identify you as the contributor of such Entry and the content of such Entry to the Prize Draw in any publication in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, unless you otherwise notify Sony in writing at the time you submit your Entry written notification can be sent to Sony Music Entertainment UK Limited, 2 Canal Reach, London N1C 4DB.

7. Jurisdiction 

The Terms and Conditions and this Prize Draw are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
