I WANT TO GET FIRST ACCESS TO THE UPCOMING MADISON BEER UK AND EU 2026 TOUR DATES– HOW DO I DO THIS?
You need to have ordered* Locket through the Official Music Store before 14:59pm GMT on Sunday, 18th January 2026.
Or
You need to register for access via the form hosted on the Official Music Store before 14:59pm GMT on Sunday, 18th January 2026.
The presale will begin at 10am on Monday the 19th of January 2026.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PRESALE ACCESS CODE?
If you purchased an album, or registered via the form, you will receive an email on Sunday, 18th January 2026, containing your presale code, a link to the presale and details of the shows.
Presale access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket presale before general release. Please note, due to high demand tickets are extremely limited.
HOW DOES THE CODE WORK?
Each code is only valid for the upcoming Madison Beer UK and EU 2026 tour dates linked on the email containing your presale code.
Please keep the email containing your presale link and code, ready for the presale.
One code is issued per customer, this code can be used for more than one show but once per individual show.
You will be able to purchase 6 tickets per transaction.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY CODE?
Simply follow the link provided in your email, which will take you to a designated presale page.
Please ensure you are entering your code into the appropriate box.
I'VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CODE YET, WHY?
Please check both your inbox and junk mail folders carefully to locate this email. Codes will be sent out from 15:59pm GMT on Sunday, 18th January 2026. You may receive this code up to 12 hours after this time.
If you have not received this code, please contact the customer support team by following this link: https://help.on-repeat.co.uk/support/tickets
The code, along with all the details will be sent to the email address that you used when making your album purchase.
I'VE ENTERED MY PRE-SALE CODE – BUT IT DOES NOT WORK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Presales don’t guarantee you to tickets, but they do give you the chance to book tickets earlier, with fewer people trying to book at the same time. If you are trying to find tickets and the result are "currently not available", that means the presale allocation has sold out.
I’VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM FROM ANOTHER RETAILER, WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY CODE?
In order to qualify for the ticket presale you need to pre-order* directly from the Official Music Store.
